BBI JU Info Day virtual event

The BBI JU Virtual Info Day 2020 will take place on 22 April as online event, with extended networking sessions around the topics of the BBI JU Call 2020 on 23 April & 12 May 2020.

The web-streamed information session on 22 April will inform about the BB JU 2020 Work Programme and proposal submission and evaluation process.

The 2020 BBI JU Call for proposals wiil open from 15 April 2020 until 3 September 2020, 17:00 CET. With an indicative budget of €102 million, it covers 16 topics in four strategic orientations: feedstock, process, products, and market uptake. Check the call booklet to find more details on:

  • Topics & types of actions. Five Research and Innovation Actions (RIA), seven Innovation Actions (four Demonstration Actions and three Flagship Actions), and four Coordination and Support Actions (CSA) are called for across the 16 topics, ranging from efficient processing of biomass feedstock supply to bringing bio-based products to the market.

  • Requirements. Read about the call conditions, funding rates, submission details, evaluation process and many more aspects of the Call.

  • Submission process. Submit your proposal electronically, following the link from the topic page on the Funding and Tender Opportunities portal (SEDIA).
