NeroSuBianco’s involvement with this company arises from an initial need on the customer’s part for technical assistance on framing the 4.0 Business Plan measures.
Initially, a focus was made on the Tax Credit for Research and Development, a new activity for the client company’s managers. Thanks to our intervention, the company managed to obtain a tax benefit of over 200 thousand euros, giving impetus to further R&D investments.
The client company subsequently requested the intervention of NeroSuBianco also in the area of hyper-amortization: the consultancy focused on the correct classification of the legislation in a sector that is not easy to implement as it has a strong craftsmanship vocation and with a classic batch processing. NeroSuBianco could correctly frame the business processes to get the company certified as 4.0 assets and, consequently, the resulting tax benefit.
NeroSuBianco, however, does not limit its consultancy to a purely financial area but analyzes the company’s production process at 360 °, offering targeted solutions for each company. In this specific case, the client company needed to reduce its harmful emissions into the atmosphere, a need deriving not only from local and European regulations but from a change in the vision of the fashion sector driven by the reduction of waste in the processing of raw materials and emissions into the atmosphere. NeroSuBianco created a link between the company and the University of Padua, which is developing a prototype related to the use of new technologies to reduce air emissions.
