NSBproject joins BIC as full member

We are thrilled to announce that as of March 2026, NSBproject has officially stepped up its commitment to the European circular bioeconomy by becoming a Full Member (Market Actor) of the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC).

This milestone marks a significant evolution in our journey. After years of collaborating within the European research ecosystem, joining BIC as a market actor allows us to play a more proactive role in shaping the future of bio-based innovation.

Why this matters

The Bio-based Industries Consortium is the private partner in the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU), a €2 billion partnership between the European Union and industry.

As a full member, NSBproject will now have:

• A Seat at the Table: Influencing the strategic research and innovation agendas (SRIA) for upcoming Horizon Europe and CBE JU calls.
